X-type Wheeled Light Type Disc Harrow

The X Type Trailed Disc Harrow is designed for powerful soil preparation, residue mixing, clod breaking, and field leveling in professional tillage operations. Its X-type disc arrangement provides balanced soil penetration and efficient cutting performance, making it suitable for preparing fields after harvest or before planting.

The machine is equipped with highly resistant, heat-treated discs. Notched front discs and flat or optionally notched rear discs deliver strong performance by cutting plant residues, breaking clods, and mixing them into the soil. Thanks to the extended disc spacing and adjustable scrapers, problems such as clogging, locking, and soil build-up are minimized during operation.

With its hydraulically controlled transport tires, the machine can easily switch between field and road conditions. The transport wheel system works in harmony with the towing drawbar, allowing safer and easier transportation. Optimum working depth can also be adjusted through the transport tire system, providing better control according to field conditions.

Durable bearing hubs, easy side angle adjustment, and a strong scraper system support smooth operation in different soil structures. With working widths from 2400 mm to 3420 mm, 24 to 36 disc options, and tractor power requirements from 60 HP to 90 HP, this disc harrow is a reliable and efficient solution for medium and large-scale farms.
